What platform do you use?
We primarily design websites using WordPress with Elementor. It’s flexible, user-friendly, and perfect for both simple and advanced websites. We have worked with other builders like Wix and Squarespace before though.
Will I be able to update the website myself?
Yes! We build your site in a way that’s easy to update, and we’ll include a quick walkthrough or tutorial if needed. You can also add a maintenance plan if you’d prefer we handle updates.
What does your web design process look like?
Once we understand your goals, we start by creating a sitemap and mockup of the site to finalize structure and layout before design begins. From there, we design each page section by section, always making sure you’re included in feedback rounds.
How long will the project take?
Proposals include a general timeline of 30–90 days, but clients have content ready and communication is clear, a working MVP (minimum viable product) can usually be delivered in 3–5 weeks.
What’s your payment structure?
I typically charge 50% upfront and 50% upon completion. I don’t offer flat rates due to the unpredictable nature of web design.
Will I own the website once it’s done?
Absolutely! You’ll have full ownership of the website and all its content. We will have permission to use content for marketing purposes though.
Do you offer support after the site goes live?
Yes—we’re open to fixing small bugs or making updates after launch. If you’d like longer-term support, we also offer monthly maintenance plans based on your needs.
