Payment Terms
Projects typically require:
• 50% deposit to secure your spot
• 50% due upon final approval and before launch
Please note:
- You are responsible for hosting and domain fees, as well as any premium plugins requested.
Website Maintenance
We offer basic post-launch support such as:
- Minor text or image swaps
- Troubleshooting if something breaks
- Plugin and software updates (if opted into a maintenance plan)
Custom maintenance packages are available upon request.
Important Notes
Client Responsibilities
To keep your project moving, I ask that:
- All content and media (images, copy, menu, bios, etc.) is provided before the project begins
- You respond to communication within 48 hours to avoid timeline delays
Design Credit
I reserve the right to include a small, discreet design credit in the footer of the website (e.g., “Site by A Young Mindset”). This helps me grow while showcasing your amazing site!
Project Promotion
I may showcase your completed project in my portfolio, on social media, or other platforms for marketing purposes. (This does not include selling or redistributing your content or branding.)
Ownership
You retain full ownership of your website, content, and domain upon final payment. I only retain rights to display the design for promotional purposes.
